Master Plan

Morgan Creek is a 546 acre master planned community located in Roseville, Ca. There were three primary builders -- JMC, Lakemont, and William Lyons -- each with many models to choose from. Most lots are a minimum of 1/4 acre and several sub-neighborhoods feature 1/2 acre lots + as the standard. In addition to the approx 450 semi-custom homes constructed by the 3 primary builders, there were are over 100 custom home sites available for building your own approved plans by your own approved builder.

The family oriented country club, with a golf course, bar & grill, luxury pavillion serving as a temporary clubhouse, swimming facilities, planned tennis courts, and meeting facilities makes Morgan Creek the perfect community to raise a family.
